Location – Pune, Kharadi
Experience – 1 to 4 years of experience in Lab, clinics, or diagnostic centers
Salary – UPTO 6 LPA

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development professional with
Experience in the healthcare segment. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue
Growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding business opportunities within
Hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions in Pune and nearby regions.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the healthcare sector (Hospitals,
Clinics, Labs, Pharma, Medical Institutions).
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and healthcare
Professionals.
Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and industry events.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly
Targets.
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and client servicing.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and performance reports.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven track record in revenue generation and target achievement.
Ability to build long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-driven personality.
Good presentation and analytical skills.
Willingness to travel within Pune and nearby areas.
Preferred Background:
Experience in Healthcare Sales, Medical Equipment Sales, Healthcare IT, Pharma
Sales, or Hospital Business Development.
Existing network in Pune healthcare market will be an added advantage.
