Week Off: Sunday (Fixed)
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Role Overview
The Assistant Brand Manager will support the planning and execution of brand strategies to strengthen Toshin Chocolatier Patissier’s positioning as a luxury artisanal chocolate and patisserie brand. This is a hands-on role requiring strong execution skills, attention to detail, and coordination across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Research & Insights
- Analyze consumer preferences, festive trends, gifting behavior, and competitor activities within the premium chocolate and dessert segment
- Provide actionable insights to support brand growth and positioning
2. Brand Strategy Execution
- Work closely with the Brand Manager to implement brand strategies
- Ensure consistency across all communication channels, including retail and digital platforms
3. Product Launch Coordination
- Assist in planning and executing new product launches (pralines, desserts, hampers, seasonal collections)
- Coordinate with kitchen, design, and operations teams for timely execution
4. Marketing & Content Execution
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across Instagram and other platforms
- Manage content calendars, coordinate shoots, and ensure timely publishing aligned with brand guidelines
5. Retail & Visual Merchandising
- Maintain in-store branding, packaging standards, and visual merchandising
- Ensure the store experience reflects a premium and artisanal identity
6. Sales & Platform Coordination
- Coordinate with sales teams and delivery platforms like Swiggy and Zomato
- Optimize product listings, descriptions, and visuals to drive visibility and conversions
7. Vendor & Agency Coordination
- Liaise with photographers, designers, printers, and other vendors
- Ensure timely delivery and quality of all brand-related assets
8. Budget Tracking
- Monitor marketing spends and ensure efficient utilization of allocated budgets
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3+ years of experience in Brand Management / Marketing (preferably in Hospitality, F&B, or Luxury brands)
- Strong interest in premium food, luxury, and artisanal brands
- Excellent coordination, execution, and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, especially during festive seasons
