Job Title: Admin Manager

Location: Sanpada, Navi Mumbai

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 5+ years

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Week Off: Sunday

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred


Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Admin Manager to oversee daily administrative operations at our Sanpada location. The ideal candidate should have strong vendor management skills, excellent follow-up abilities, and effective communication skills to ensure smooth office functioning.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise day-to-day administrative operations of the office
  • Handle vendor management including negotiation, finalization, and performance tracking
  • Ensure cost-effective procurement of office supplies and services
  • Maintain office facilities, housekeeping, security, and maintenance activities
  • Track and follow up with vendors for timely service delivery and issue resolution
  • Manage office budgets, expense tracking, and cost control initiatives
  • Coordinate with internal teams for administrative requirements
  • Maintain records, documentation, and compliance related to admin activities
  • Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure and utilities


Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Administration
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
  • Excellent follow-up and coordination abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Immediate joiners will be highly preferred.
