Role Description
We are seeking a contract-based English Speaking Trainer and Digital Marketing Trainer for an on-site role located in Gwalior. This position involves delivering engaging and effective English language and digital marketing training to corporate professionals and trainees. Responsibilities include planning and conducting lessons, preparing instructional materials, evaluating learner progress, and tailoring teaching methodologies to meet the needs of diverse learners. The trainer will also provide guidance on real-world applications and industry trends to help trainees enhance their professional skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English Teaching, Language Teaching, and Education
- Strong skills in Teaching and Writing
- Ability to design and deliver effective learning programs
- Experience in communication training and corporate education is a plus
- Certification in Digital Marketing or relevant professional experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Marketing, or a related field
