Urgent Hiring: Customer Service Advisor – US E-Commerce (Voice Process)

Job Overview
We are hiring Customer Service Advisors for a US-based E-Commerce support process. The role involves handling inbound calls and resolving customer queries related to retail orders while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle 40–50 inbound calls/day
Resolve customer queries:
Order cancellation
Refund & return requests
Lost/missing orders
Payment-related issues
Deliver professional & empathetic customer service
Maintain quality standards & KPIs
Document all interactions in CRM
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1 year BPO experience (Retail / Airline / Insurance)
No employment gaps
Must be within 15 km radius or ready to relocate
Fluent English (C1/C2 level)
Experience in international voice process preferred
Strong communication & problem-solving skills

Rotational shifts & week-offs

5 Days Process Training
5 Days Nesting (Live Calls)
Minimum 85% score required to qualify
