We are urgently seeking a detail-oriented, experienced BIM Coordinator to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will lead the preparation of MEP BIM models and construction shop drawings, with occasional support in Architectural and Structural BIM models as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate MEP BIM models (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical) using Revit MEP.
- Perform clash detection, attend coordination meetings, and resolve multidisciplinary issues.
- Produce high-quality MEP shop drawings and coordination drawings in line with local and international BIM standards.
- Audit and federate models across project teams to ensure compliance with modeling protocols.
- Provide technical BIM support and encourage best practices across departments.
- Ensure project execution complies with ISO 19650 BIM Standards.
- Manage project documentation using BIM 360 or similar platforms.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Revit MEP modeling and coordination.
- Proven expertise in HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Electrical modeling.
- Strong knowledge of clash detection, model auditing, and coordination workflows.
- Familiar with BIM 360 or equivalent document management platforms.
- Experience with Dynamo scripting is an advantage.
- Familiarity with C# and WPF for Revit plugin development is a plus but not mandatory.
