About the Job
We are building a real-world legal-tech platform (FlyJustice) focused on airline compensation systems across Europe.
This role is strictly for developers who have hands-on experience working on ASP.NET Core production systems and can handle real-world issues independently.
The initial phase requires strong collaboration, hence Work From Office (Lucknow) is mandatory. Hybrid flexibility may be considered later based on performance and business requirements.
Required Skills (MANDATORY)
• ASP.NET Core (Strong knowledge)
• Razor Pages / MVC
• MS SQL Server
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Responsive design
Candidate must have hands-on experience working on live production applications (not academic or basic projects).
Preferred Skills
• API integration
• SMTP / IMAP email handling
• Basic SEO understanding (meta tags, schema)
• Performance optimization
• Experience with server-side rendered applications (non-React / non-SPA)
Experience
• Minimum: 3–5 years
• Must have worked on live production systems
• Experience handling real-world bugs and performance issues
Responsibilities
• Fix existing bugs and issues
• Improve responsiveness across devices
• Implement resume claim system
• Build communication/email tracking system
• Optimize performance and loading speed
• Support SEO-related implementation
• Work within existing ASP.NET architecture (no rebuild approach)
• Understand and improve existing codebase efficiently
• Ensure stability of live production system while implementing changes

Candidate should be capable of:
• Understanding and working on an existing codebase
• Delivering production-ready solutions independently
• Debugging real-world issues efficiently
• Taking ownership of assigned tasks
This role is best suited for developers who are comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and can contribute without heavy supervision.
We Are Not Looking For
• Freshers or trainees
• Candidates without real project experience
• Developers who rely heavily on guidance for basic implementation
Tech Compatibility (MANDATORY)
Candidate must work within the existing tech stack:
• ASP.NET Core (C#)
• Razor Pages (Server-side rendering)
• Microsoft SQL Server
No migration to other frameworks (React, Node.js, etc.) is required in this phase.
Evaluation Process
Candidates will be evaluated based on:
• Ability to understand existing code
• Fixing a real issue (test task)
• Delivering a working solution within defined timelines
Work Model & Location
