Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions using Azure’s AI ecosystem. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in building intelligent AI agents, agentic workflows, and scalable GenAI applications for real-world business use cases.
Location: Bangalore, Chennai
Experience: 8–14 years
Key Responsibilities
• Build Agentic AI platform using both Azure and Open-source frameworks.
• Build and scale Agentic AI applications, multi-agent systems, and autonomous workflows.
• Design and deploy RAG-based solutions integrating enterprise knowledge sources.
• Develop and optimize LLM-powered applications for business automation and AI assistants.
• Own technical solutioning, architecture reviews, and production deployment of AI applications.
• Ensure model performance, governance, security, and deployment best practices on Microsoft Azure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and deliver scalable solutions.
• Mentor engineering teams and establish best practices for AI development, governance, and performance optimization.
Must Have Skills
• Strong expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Studio, Azure Foundry, Cognitive Services, and Azure ML.
• Deep understanding of RAG pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, API integrations, and AI deployment pipelines.
• Strong experience in LLM orchestration, workflow design, and autonomous agent frameworks.
• Proven implementation experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Experience in deploying scalable AI solutions in production environments.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience building enterprise copilots, AI assistants, or multi-agent systems.
• Exposure to MLOps, model monitoring, and AI governance.
• Strong architecture and stakeholder management skills.
