Role Description

The Urban Planner role at Aliens Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The role involves conducting research, analyzing urban and regional dynamics, and developing comprehensive plans and strategies for land use, regional development, and environmental sustainability. This position requires close collaboration with architects, engineers, and local authorities to ensure that plans align with community needs and regulatory standards. The Urban Planner will play a pivotal role in shaping innovative, sustainable, and smart urban infrastructures.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Urban Planning and Land Use Planning practices
• Expertise in Regional Planning and Environmental Planning
• Strong ability to analyze and implement Planning strategies for urban and regional development
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Geography, or a related field
• Knowledge of local planning laws and environmental regulations
• Proficiency with GIS software and other urban planning tools is a plus
• Prior experience in urban development or infrastructure projects
