Position: Urban Designer
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site Only
Experience: 05–08 Years (Mandatory)
Relocation: Required to Noida Headquarters
We are currently seeking a mid- level Urban Designer with 05 to 08 years of professional experience in the urban design sector. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a working knowledge of applicable traffic codes, development byelaws, construction standards, and support design development and contribute actively to project delivery across urban- scale and public realm projects.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop urban design concepts and master plan.
· Prepare design proposals, drawings, and presentations.
· Coordinate with contractors and construction teams during project implementation.
· Prepare reports and documentation for project approvals.
· Support in developing client presentations and documentation.
· Coordinate with internal and external teams.
· Ensure accuracy and quality in design outputs.
· Conduct site visits and be available for relocation or extended stays at project locations as required.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Design/ Architecture.
· Minimum 05 years of Professional working experience in Urban Design and Master Planning projects, in a reputed firm.
Preference:
· Can showcase relevant experience in Urban Planning/ Design projects, including design, documentation and site implementation/ completion.
