Business Development Associate (BDA)

Key Responsibilities: Own the entire onboarding process: Identify funnels, develop 1v1 relationships, and onboard freshers and technicians to the platform. Manage the day-to-day activities of onboarded professionals. Provide administrative support, excellent customer service, and smooth communication to onboarded professionals. Maintain and organize the database, ensuring streamlined processes and data accuracy. Job Requirements: End-to-end ownership in execution and problem-solving. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel is essential. 0-6 Months of experience or More. Highly organised with great attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities. Fluency in Hindi and English. A laptop is required for the role.
