Key Responsibilities Accurately label, classify, and annotate data such as text, images, audio, and video to support machine learning and AI model development. Follow detailed guidelines and annotation protocols to ensure consistency and data quality. Conduct data validation and error-checking to maintain high annotation accuracy. Collaborate with project managers, AI engineers, and quality assurance teams to clarify annotation requirements. Identify and report inconsistencies, anomalies, or unclear data samples. Meet daily or weekly productivity and quality benchmarks as defined by project goals. Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times. Required Skills and Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Proficiency in using data annotation tools and platforms (training provided if needed). Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to follow complex guidelines and adapt to project changes. Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and web applications). Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently. Experience Previous experience in data annotation, data entry, transcription, or quality control is an advantage but not mandatory.
