🎯 Responsibilities
✅ Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
✅ Write personalized, high-converting proposals.
✅ Analyze client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
✅ Communicate professionally with international clients.
✅ Generate quality leads and maintain the sales pipeline.
✅ Follow up with potential clients.
✅ Maintain daily records of bids, leads, and project updates.
✅ Achieve daily and weekly bidding targets.
✅ Improve proposal quality and project win rate.
✅ Build long-term client relationships.
🎓 Requirements
✔️ Minimum 1+ Year of Experience as an Upwork Bidder or Business Development Executive.
✔️ Strong knowledge of Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
✔️ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
✔️ Strong proposal writing and client communication skills.
✔️ Experience in lead generation and requirement gathering.
✔️ Basic understanding of Web Development, Mobile App Development, UI/UX Design, React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Shopify, WordPress, or related IT services.
✔️ Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
✔️ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow.
