Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Upwork Bidder to join our remote team in Yamunanagar. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and bidding on appropriate projects on Upwork. Key responsibilities include crafting compelling proposals, understanding client requirements, managing communication with clients, and working closely with the internal team to successfully win projects. This position will require a proactive approach, analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills to build a strong funnel of opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in drafting and submitting proposals tailored to client requirements, with strong written communication and persuasive skills.
- Understanding of freelancing platforms, project selection, and strategic bidding techniques to maximize successful outcomes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to prioritize multiple bids effectively.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain professional client relationships.
- Familiarity with various industries and basic market research to understand client needs and align proposals effectively.
- Previous experience in freelancing, bidding, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field is a plus but not mandatory.
