Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Upwork Bidder located in Rohini. The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for identifying and submitting proposals for relevant projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms. They will craft compelling proposals, communicate effectively with clients, and collaborate with the internal team to ensure project requirements are met. Additionally, the role involves maintaining a pipeline of potential clients and managing client relationships.
Qualifications
- Experience with online bidding platforms, client outreach, and business development
- Proficiency in effective written and verbal communication, proposal writing, and negotiation
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of design or creative projects to understand client needs and articulate relevant solutions
- Proven ability to build rapport with potential clients and drive successful project acquisitions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a dynamic studio environment
