In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including live chat, email, and CRM management. Key Responsibilities: - Provide prompt and friendly customer support via live chat, email, and other communication channels - Manage customer inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner - Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate customer records and ensure seamless communication - Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer support processes - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience - Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all interactions Requirements: - 1-2 years of experience in customer service or administrative support roles - Proficient in using CRM software, email platforms, and live chat tools - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Fluency in English is a must
