Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic UPVC Marketing Manager – Tamil Nadu Division Head to lead our sales and business development operations across Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate should possess strong industry knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and a well-established network with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, engineers, and developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage UPVC sales and marketing operations across Tamil Nadu.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Generate leads and secure projects from builders, contractors, architects, and developers.
- Handle major projects and key client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry stakeholders.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with technical, production, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Recruit, train, and guide the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Submit regular sales reports and business performance updates to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in UPVC Windows & Doors, Building Materials, Construction Materials, Aluminium Systems, or a related industry.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and project handling.
- Strong network with builders, architects, contractors, consultants, and developers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to achieve targets and drive business growth.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu.
- Valid driving license preferred.
