Key Responsibilities:
• Build new product flows for Fixed Deposits and Card products, solving for user
needs and new use cases.
• Analyze data to identify drop-offs and propose actionable solutions.
• Monitor product performance and derive data-driven insights.
• Set up alerts and tracking systems to monitor key metrics and address issues
proactively.
• Define and streamline processes for feature development and delivery,
collaborating with Tech, QA, and Design teams.
• Conduct experiments and A/B tests to validate changes and improve KPIs.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align product features with business goals.
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of experience in Product Management.
• MBA and/or Engineering graduate with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in user journey design for web, app, or PWA.
• Comfortable with Wireframing, BRD, PRD, and feature detailing.
• High ownership mindset and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills and experience with experimentation
frameworks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
