We are looking for a passionate and talented Robotics Engineer to join our founding team. In this role, you will lead the development of robotic systems and solutions, contributing to all aspects of design, prototyping, and deployment. This is an opportunity to work on innovative projects and have a significant impact on the product and the company's growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and optimize robotic systems, including hardware and software components.
2. Build and maintain algorithms for perception, motion planning, control, and navigation.
3. Collaborate with the team to integrate robotics solutions into the overall system architecture.
4. Prototype, test, and iterate on designs to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
5. Conduct research to explore new technologies and methodologies to improve robotic performance.
6. Contribute to creating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.
   
   

Required Skills & Experience:

1. Strong experience in robotics engineering, with expertise in designing and building robotic systems.
2. Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or ROS (Robot Operating System).
3. Knowledge of motion planning, sensor integration, and robotic control systems.
4. Experience with simulation tools like Gazebo, PyBullet, or similar.
5. Hands-on experience with robotic hardware, including actuators, sensors, and microcontrollers.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in startups or early-stage product development.
2. Knowledge of AI and computer vision for robotic applications.
3. Familiarity with mechatronics and embedded systems.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
