We’re seeking a Lead Engineer to take charge of our technical vision and product development. In this foundational role, you’ll lead the design and execution of scalable, high-quality systems while collaborating closely with the founding team to drive innovation and success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the end-to-end development of our core product, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
2. Define the technical architecture and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
3. Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team as the company scales.
4. Contribute to hands-on coding, setting the standard for code quality and best practices.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and business) to deliver impactful solutions.
6. Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skills & Experience:

1. Proven experience as a Lead Engineer, Technical Lead, or in a similar role, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.

3. Strong understanding of system design, architecture principles, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience working in early-stage startups or founding teams.

3. Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
