We at Upsurge Labs built Bhindi AI. Bhindi is bridging the definitive interface between humans and AI, where agentic workflows replace the boring stuff and you focus on what actually matters. We’ve raised from top investors and are building fast. We’re now setting up a strong creative presence in Bangalore and are looking for a sharp, scroll-native Content Creator to join us in-house.

What You’ll Do

• Create short-form content (Reels, Shorts, X posts) that showcases Bhindi’s value - features, use cases, product drops, and moments
• Build content that feels native to the internet: meme formats, voiceovers, POVs, founder vlogs, and more
• Write sharp hooks, come up with original ideas, and help shape Bhindi’s social voice
• Collaborate closely with design, product, and marketing teams
• Be hands-on with scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing content
• Track performance and double down on what works

You’d Be a Great Fit If:

• You’ve used Bhindi (or similar tools) and understand what we’re building
• You think in terms of story arcs, scroll patterns, and what makes someone stop and engage
• You’re active on X, Instagram, or other social platforms - either personally or for brands
• You’re comfortable being in front of the camera or directing shoots confidently
• You work fast, stay organized, and ship consistently
• You want to be in a fast-moving startup surrounded by product and design energy

Bonus If:

• You’ve created content that went viral
• You know how to write founder-style threads
• You use tools like CapCut, Descript, Figma, Midjourney, or ChatGPT
• You have a portfolio or social handles you’re proud of
