Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, train, and optimize OCR models to extract text and data from images, PDFs, and other unstructured formats.
2. Design and implement machine learning pipelines for efficient model deployment and scaling.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate OCR technology into existing and new product offerings.
4. Continuously improve OCR accuracy, speed, and scalability across various use cases.
5. Stay updated on the latest advancements in OCR technologies and machine learning techniques.
6. Troubleshoot, debug, and improve model performance, addressing both algorithmic and data-related challenges.

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
2. Experience with OCR tools and libraries (e.g., Tesseract, EasyOCR).
3. Strong knowledge of computer vision and deep learning techniques, particularly for text extraction.
4. Experience with data preprocessing, image augmentation, and model evaluation metrics.
5. Proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, OpenCV).
6. Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and deploying ML models at scale.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with NLP and document processing pipelines.
2. Familiarity with deploying OCR models in production environments.
3. Experience with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
4. Relevant certifications in machine learning or cloud technologies.
