About the role
The Director, Home Lending Operations will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the home lending operations team, including underwriting, processing, closing, and post-closing. This role will be a key leader in driving process improvements, automation, and overall operational efficiency to support Upstart's rapid growth in the mortgage business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and scaling mortgage operations teams and a deep understanding of the home lending value chain. This is a remote position.
