We are hiring a dedicated, experienced, and student-oriented UPSC Student Success Mentor who has personally experienced the UPSC Civil Services Examination journey and understands the preparation challenges, emotional pressure, and strategic planning required for success.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who can combine UPSC exam exposure, counselling expertise, and mentorship skills to guide aspirants in the right direction and help them make informed academic decisions.

🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel UPSC aspirants in choosing the right courses, programs, and preparation roadmap according to their academic background and career goals.

Offer personalized guidance on UPSC preparation strategy, time management, and study planning.

Resolve student and parent queries with clarity, professionalism, and transparency.

Share real exam insights, preparation learnings, and practical guidance based on your own UPSC journey.

Motivate and mentor aspirants at different stages of their preparation.

Develop strong and lasting relationships with students and parents through trust-based communication.

Help students remain focused, disciplined, and consistent in their preparation process.

✅ Eligibility RequirementsUPSC BackgroundCandidate must have appeared in UPSC Civil Services Prelims and Mains Examination.

ExperiencePrior experience in UPSC counselling, admissions guidance, academic mentoring, or student support is mandatory.

Communication SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required.

Proficiency in Hindi will be an added advantage.

In-depth understanding of the UPSC syllabus, exam structure, and preparation methodology
