Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled UPSC CSE CSAT Faculty member for an on-site, contractual role at Chahal Academy in Jaipur. The faculty will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality lectures and study materials for the CSAT syllabus in both English and Hindi medium. Responsibilities include conducting regular tests for students, addressing individual queries, and mentoring aspirants to excel in logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, reading comprehension and decision-making skills. The candidate will work closely with other team members to ensure a comprehensive and holistic approach to student preparation.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in teaching Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, Comprehension and Decision Making skills related to the CSAT syllabus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to teach topics in a structured and engaging way in both Hindi and English medium.
• Experience in guiding students for competitive exams, particularly UPSC CSE.
• Proficiency in creating course content, test papers, and study materials tailored to the CSAT section
• Ability to mentor and support students in doubt-clearing sessions and provide individual attention where needed
• Adaptability in incorporating modern teaching methods, including digital and hybrid learning platforms
• Master's degree in a relevant field (Mathematics, Statistics, Logical Reasoning, or similar) is preferred
• Passion for teaching and mentoring future Civil Services officers
