✍️ Role 1: Content Writer
📌 Positions: 2
💰 Salary: ₹8,000 per month
👤 Experience: Fresher
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Writing articles, blogs, scripts, captions, and short/long-form content
• Researching topics thoroughly before content creation
• Editing and proofreading content for clarity and quality
• Coordinating with design and social media teams for content delivery
✅ Required Skills:
• Excellent written communication skills
• Basic understanding of SEO and content structuring
• Strong research skills and attention to detail
🎨 Role 2: Social Media Designer
📌 Positions: 1
💰 Salary: ₹8,000 per month
👤 Experience: Fresher
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Designing creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
• Creating carousel posts, reels covers, infographics, and story templates
• Maintaining visual consistency across all designs
• Collaborating with content team for visual storytelling
✅ Required Skills:
• Proficiency in Canva
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator preferred
• Good sense of typography, colours, and layouts
🎥 Role 3: UGC Creator (UPSC PYQ Solving) — Fresher
📌 Positions: 2
💰 Salary: ₹10,000 per month
👤 Experience: Fresher
📚 Mandatory: Currently preparing for/appearing in UPSC Civil Services Examination
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Creating short-form Reels/Shorts solving UPSC PYQs
• Explaining concepts in simple and relatable language
• Shooting content using phone (authentic content preferred)
• Coordinating with writers/designers for scripts and visuals
✅ Required Skills:
• Good understanding of UPSC Prelims syllabus
• Confidence on camera
• Basic editing knowledge (CapCut/InShot preferred)
🎬 Role 4: UGC Creator (UPSC PYQ Solving) — Experienced
📌 Positions: 1
💰 Salary: ₹20,000 per month
👤 Experience: Minimum 1 year in UGC/Educational content creation
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Leading UPSC UGC content vertical
• Producing high-performing educational Reels/Shorts
• Mentoring fresher UGC creators
• Managing content calendar and analysing video performance
✅ Required Skills:
• Strong UPSC subject knowledge
• Strong on-camera presence
• Hands-on editing skills (CapCut/InShot/Premiere Pro)
• Understanding of hooks, retention, and content trends
🌟 General Requirements:
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred
• UPSC background mandatory for UGC Creator roles
