We are looking for a motivated, experienced, and student-focused UPSC Mentor & Admissions Executive who has personally gone through the UPSC Civil Services Examination journey and understands the challenges, mindset, and preparation needs of serious aspirants.

This role is perfect for someone who can blend exam experience, mentorship ability, and counselling expertise to help students make the right academic decisions and stay aligned with their UPSC goals.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Guide UPSC aspirants in selecting the most suitable courses, batches, and preparation pathways based on their academic background and goals.
• Provide one-on-one counselling on UPSC preparation strategy, planning, and exam-oriented approach.
• Address student and parent queries with clarity, honesty, and professionalism.
• Share practical preparation insights and real experiences from your own UPSC journey.
• Support aspirants with motivation, direction, and mentorship throughout different phases of preparation.
• Build trust-based relationships with students and parents through effective communication and a student-first approach.
• Help aspirants stay consistent, disciplined, and focused in their preparation journey.

✅ Eligibility CriteriaUPSC Exposure

• Candidate must have appeared in UPSC Civil Services Prelims and Mains Examination.

Experience

• Prior experience in UPSC counselling, student mentoring, academic advising, or admissions support is required.

Communication Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
• Hindi speaking ability will be an added advantage.
