We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and experienced UPSC Academic Mentor & Admission Counsellor who has personally experienced the UPSC journey. If you have appeared in the Civil Services Examination and are driven to guide aspirants towards success, this opportunity is for you.
This role is ideal for someone who can combine real exam experience with strong counselling skills to support and mentor UPSC aspirants at every stage of their preparation.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide personalized guidance to UPSC aspirants on course selection, preparation strategies, and structured study plans.
- Handle student inquiries and deliver accurate, transparent information about programs and offerings.
- Share practical insights and real-life learnings from your UPSC preparation journey.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents through professional and empathetic communication.
- Act as a mentor and motivator, helping aspirants stay focused, disciplined, and confident throughout their preparation.

Eligibility & Requirements:- UPSC Background: Must have appeared in UPSC Civil Services Prelims & Mains Examination.
- Experience: Prior experience in UPSC counselling or academic guidance is mandatory.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Hindi proficiency is a plus).
- Core Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and counselling skills
- Deep understanding of UPSC syllabus and exam pattern
