Key Responsibilities:

• Provide supervision and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
• Assist in implementing daily lesson plans and classroom activities
• Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth
• Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment
• Follow Head Start Performance Standards and program policies
• Communicate effectively with staff and program leadership

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience working with young children preferred
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to different classroom settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must pass required background checks
