Key Responsibilities
· Provide services, resources, and referrals to low-income individuals and families experiencing crisis situations
· Build and maintain strong partnerships with community organizations and service providers
· Maintain accurate client records, data entry, and documentation
· Communicate effectively with clients, coworkers, and community partners
· Support outreach efforts that promote awareness of available programs and services

Qualifications
· High School Diploma preferred
· Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
· Excellent attention to detail and data entry abilities
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Understanding of, and genuine interest in, serving low-income families and individuals

Upper Des Moines Opportunity, Inc. (UDMO) is seeking a self-motivated, energetic Outreach Specialist to join our Palo Alto County Outreach office in Emmetsburg, Iowa. This position plays a vital role in supporting low-income families during times of crisis while strengthening partnerships within the community.
