Associate Data Scientist- Marketing

The Associate Data Scientist - Marketing will play a key role in supporting UPMC's marketing and customer analytics efforts. This role will be responsible for leveraging data and analytics to drive strategic and operational decision making for UPMC's marketing programs and initiatives. This will include but is not limited to: - Analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to uncover meaningful insights to inform and optimize marketing strategies and tactics. - Building and deploying statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and other analytical tools to generate predictive insights. - Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, and IT teams to scope, design, and implement data-driven solutions. - Presenting findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner. - Proactively identifying opportunities to leverage data and analytics to drive business value. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, advanced analytics, and marketing. They should possess a unique blend of technical and business acumen, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are a must.
