Summer Intern - Marketing
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Our internship program is an exciting, semester-long experience designed to offer talented and motivated students and recent graduates the chance to work with our dynamic team. As a Marketing Intern, you will contribute to various projects within the department, receive mentorship from experienced professionals, and gain practical skills to kickstart your career.
- The internship program will run for approximately 12 weeks during the 2026 summer semester, running from May 26 to August 14.
- The internships' scheduled hours may range up to 32 hours per week, Monday through Thursday.
- The intern(s) will work on site most weeks with some hybrid arrangements as schedules and the needs of the business dictate. In-office work will take place at UOVO Long Island City in Queens, New York and UOVO Evergreen in Brooklyn, New York.
- The compensation for this position is $20/hour.
Interns will be assigned to Marketing projects aligned with their professional interests and skill levels, encouraging creativity, partnership, problem-solving, and execution. Assignments may include:
- Participate in Marketing team meetings, brainstorms, and planning sessions; shadow Marketing team members throughout the internship
- Develop new webpage and blog content to promote UOVO’s Art, Fashion, and Wine services
- Draft social media copy and assets, including event recaps, company updates, and in support of other Marketing campaigns
- Review and implement website recommendations delivered by digital agency partners to further SEO/GEO efforts
- Support the creation of Digital Marketing reports and data analysis
- Conduct research in support of Marketing initiatives, including sourcing potential vendors and partners, competitor analysis, and more
- Support the coordination of on- and off-site events and partnership activations
- Support design and branding projects, including event invitations and marketing collateral
- End-of-semester capstone project to apply learnings to real-world applications
