Unxplord is building a next-generation cultural travel and media company rooted in immersive storytelling, offbeat experiences, and transformative journeys. As the Media & Video Content Lead, you will build and lead the video storytelling function across two verticals, leading video strategy, creative direction, on-site shooting, editing, platform optimisation, and building and guiding a growing media team.

Tools & Tech Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro (or DaVinci Resolve).
  • Basic motion graphics + sound design skills.
  • Camera handling (DSLR/Mirrorless), gimbal ops and drone knowledge.
  • Understanding of platform trends on YouTube, Instagram Reels, and Podcasts.
  • Working knowledge of narrative scripting, voiceovers, subtitles, and metadata optimisation.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years in video production, documentary, cinematography, travel, and digital video content creation.
  • Portfolio - must include documentary, vlog, brand video, or travel film examples.


Skills & Competencies

  • Creative - storyboarding, scripting, visual framing, cultural sensitivity.
  • Technical - cinematography, lighting, colour grading, sound editing.
  • Product knowledge - strong understanding of spiritual, cultural, and wellness travel themes.
  • Soft skills - team leadership, time management, and agility under pressure.
  • Strategic - audience-first content thinking, conversion storytelling.
  • Travel adaptability - comfortable with rough terrains, remote shoots, and multilingual contexts.


KPIs / Metrics

  • Own the quality and consistency of all video output.
  • Media Channel (Original) - Weekly Episodes Output.
  • Travel Channel - 3–5 day TAT from trip completion to delivery.
  • Engagement - Avg. Watch Time (>45% on YouTube; >20% saves on IG reels).
  • Cultural Accuracy - 4.5+/5 on accuracy, story arc, neutrality.
  • Train and lead editors, interns, and on-ground crew.
