TA, employee retention strategies, business partner, thought leader, employee engagement, the list of hats you wear with pride is endless. Roles & Responsibilities: Partner with business heads to structure winning teams. Identify talents through headhunting and sourcing; screen as per job requisition Promote job profiles on multiple job platforms and extract data for building the pipeline Assist in building and maintaining candidate's database, including referrals Take complete ownership of the recruitment process and ensure that the team maintains a healthy hiring pipeline Implement an efficient process for the team to build a robust team Conduct research on talent landscape, brainstorm and suggest sourcing strategies Facilitate the onboarding process and ensure smooth candidate journey Requirements: Prior human resource/talent acquisition work experience is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills; intermediate knowledge of Excel functions Ability to meet tight deadlines A hunger to grow!
