We are looking for king qualities, you know, amazing communication, attention to detail and an overall "SHOW ME THE REVENUE" attitude. Unstop is hiring for Enterprise Sales (Delhi, Mumbai & Bangalore) who will oversee maximizing the revenue of the company. Applicants must have relevant work experience of 3 to 10 years. Open positions are across the board. Their task is to set realistic expectations and push through on expectations with determination and drive to make company revenues grow as much as possible. They need to strategize avenues to make revenue for our existing products as well as suggest and implement newer product ideas. They will be responsible for the operations of a company's sales force, development and implementation of annual sales, monitoring the performance of teams and sales goals, and meeting with other company managers to ensure that business objectives are executed properly and right on schedule. Responsibilities of the Candidate: Strategize on maximizing revenue for the company from existing as well as new products and services Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments Analyze the market's potential, track sales, and status reports Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends Soft Skills Required: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, quick thinker, self-starter, ability to formulate and adapt business alliance & partnership strategy.
