Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer

We are looking for a talented Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced data analytics and machine learning models to drive business insights and solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for data-driven decision making, and deliver impactful results. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deploy machine learning models for a variety of business use cases, such as predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and natural language processing. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, collect and prepare data, and design effective solutions. - Optimize model performance, scalability, and robustness through rigorous testing and validation. - Communicate insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams in a clear and compelling manner. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning, and continuously explore new techniques and technologies to enhance our capabilities. Required Skills and Experience: - Strong background in machine learning, data mining, and statistical analysis. - Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, and experience with popular ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). - Familiarity with data engineering tools and techniques, including SQL, Hadoop, Spark, and cloud-based data platforms. - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a data science or machine learning role.
