Business Intelligence Analyst Job Details: As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to help the company make informed business decisions. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators, develop dashboards and reports, and provide insights that drive strategic initiatives. Responsibilities: - Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights - Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate data-driven recommendations - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions - Automate data processes and create self-service reporting tools to improve efficiency - Stay up-to-date with the latest BI tools, technologies, and best practices Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a similar role - Proficient in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail - Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights - Experience in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders - Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
