Business Intelligence/Analytics Consultant

We are looking for a talented Business Intelligence/Analytics Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions to help our clients make informed business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs, analyze complex datasets, and create actionable insights that drive strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients to identify their data requirements and design customized BI/analytics solutions - Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports using various BI tools and technologies - Perform data analysis, data mining, and statistical modeling to uncover hidden trends and patterns - Provide data-driven recommendations and insights to help clients optimize their business operations - Stay up-to-date with the latest BI/analytics trends and technologies and recommend innovative solutions - Mentor and train team members on best practices and emerging technologies Required Skills: - Strong proficiency in data modeling, SQL, and BI/analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) - Experience in data visualization, dashboard design, and report creation - Expertise in data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling techniques - Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes - Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team and interface with cross-functional stakeholders
