About the role

As an SDR-Associate, you'll be at the front line of our growth engine - introducing our platform to potential clients, initiating conversations that matter, and qualifying leads that drive business outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing:
Engage Prospects: Reach out to potential leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels. You'll be the first point of contact and the first impression for Unstop.
Understand & Qualify: Ask the right questions to understand a prospect's challenges and identify whether there's a good fit.
Use Smart Tools: Leverage platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools (like Zoho) to track, research, and optimize your outreach.
Collaborate & Learn: Work closely with the Revenue, Marketing, and Account Management teams to fine-tune messaging and improve conversions.
Stay Curious: Dive into industry trends and our ecosystem so you can speak the language of our prospects confidently.
What We're Looking For:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills - polished, clear, and confident.
Strong logical reasoning and high aptitude; the ability to think on your feet and ask meaningful questions.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
Self-starter mindset with a willingness to learn and grow every day.
Candidates who have prior internships or have project experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles will get a brownie point.
