Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Unsecured and Secured Loan Specialist based in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing end-to-end loan processing, from consulting with clients to understand their financial needs, to evaluating their eligibility for secured and unsecured loan products, and assisting them with documentation processes. Staying up-to-date on underwriting guidelines, maintaining partnerships with financial institutions, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction are also key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to clearly understand client requirements and explain loan options.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship management.
- Proficiency in underwriting processes and loan assessment, particularly in secured and unsecured loans.
- Solid understanding of financial principles and loan products, including mortgage and credit evaluations.
- Ability to handle documentation and administrative tasks efficiently while meeting compliance standards.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities for assessing financial requirements and guiding clients.
- Knowledge of the financial market, including industry trends and regulatory guidelines.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
