What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and scale backend services, APIs, and data pipelines
- Work closely with product, frontend, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Own system design decisions and ensure reliability, performance, and security
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to overall engineering best practices
- Drive continuous improvements in architecture and codebase
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on backend development experience
- Proficient in backend languages like Node.js, Python, Go, or Java
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, databases (SQL/NoSQL)
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines
- Solid grasp of system design, architecture, and performance optimization
- Bonus: Experience with distributed systems, event-driven architecture, or DevOps tools
