What You’ll Do

1. Design, develop, and scale backend services, APIs, and data pipelines
2. Work closely with product, frontend, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
3. Own system design decisions and ensure reliability, performance, and security
4. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to overall engineering best practices
5. Drive continuous improvements in architecture and codebase

What We’re Looking For

1. 5+ years of hands-on backend development experience
2. Proficient in backend languages like Node.js, Python, Go, or Java
3. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, databases (SQL/NoSQL)
4. Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines
5. Solid grasp of system design, architecture, and performance optimization
6. Bonus: Experience with distributed systems, event-driven architecture, or DevOps tools
