Why This Role Matters
We’ve hit product-market fit and are now scaling aggressively. As the Founder's Office - Growth, you’ll play a critical role in driving the next phase of our growth to $5M ARR. You’ll have full ownership of the growth strategy across acquisition, conversion, and retention—working directly with the founder to execute and scale high-impact growth initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and Execute Growth Strategy: Build a multi-channel growth engine (paid, organic, partnerships).
- Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize ad campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube.
- Conversion Optimization: Improve website conversion rates through A/B testing and funnel improvements.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Track, analyze, and refine strategies using data from Mixpanel and Google Analytics.
- Customer Retention: Increase customer lifetime value through better onboarding and engagement strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, sales, and customer success teams to drive growth.
How will you be measured?
You will work closely with and report to the CEO directly. Your performance would be measured in simple top-of funnel metrics such as:
- Site Traffic Growth Rate
- Demos Booked
- Free Trials started (North Star)
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or demand generation.
- Experience in a high-growth startup (ideally $3M–$10M ARR).
- Strong expertise in performance marketing (Google, Facebook, TikTok).
- Data-driven decision-making—familiar with tools like Mixpanel and Amplitude.
- Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes.
