Summary
This role will manage the production release processes for our production facilities (offshore and domestic) and the flow of orders through the system and report areas of concern (order holds, order availability, system issues, etc.). This role will work with various departments to resolve orders on hold and troubleshoot orders prior to or in production and communicate with offshore and domestic production sources to help ensure quality and on-time shipment of orders. This role will plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.

Job Duties
- Release decorate/plain good orders to offshore and/or domestic production sources.
- Assist with small projects tied to order releases and capacity constraints, as needed.
- Communicate with Customer Service, Art Department and Manufacturing regarding order status and problems.
- Communicate with production sources / management regarding order requests.
- Push orders into WIP, as needed.
- Assist with Event order releases, as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Knowledge of PC applications (Word, Excel)
- Ability to revamp files in these applications as well as design new files
- Ideal candidate must be project management driven and can communicate effectively with internal and external users
