🚀 We're Hiring: Unqork Team Lead — Altrus AI (Hyderabad, Onsite) — Immediate Joiners Preferred
Altrus AI is expanding its Hyderabad office and looking for an experienced Unqork Team Lead to join us right away.
If you love building enterprise applications on no-code platforms and leading high-performing teams, we want to talk to you.
What you'll do:
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise solutions on the Unqork platform
- Own technical architecture and best practices across projects
- Mentor and manage a team of Unqork developers
- Partner with clients and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable configurations
- Drive delivery timelines, code quality, and platform standards
What we're looking for:
- Proven hands-on experience with the Unqork platform (Unqork certification a strong plus)
- Prior experience leading or mentoring a development team
- Strong grasp of enterprise application design, APIs, and integrations
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to join immediately or on short notice
