Unpaid Human Resource Intern: Axlerator (Remote: 3 Months)

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Support employee onboarding and maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records.
- Draft and update HR-related policies, procedures, and internal communications.
- Act as a liaison, monitoring the performance and progress of interns within assigned departments.
- Maintain and update the departmental intern tracking sheet provided by the organization.
- Contribute to HR projects focused on enhancing employee engagement and development.
Internship Details & Requirements
- Stipend: Unpaid (with performance-based rewards and PPO consideration)
- Mode: Remote | Duration: 3 Months | Start Date: Immediate
- A degree (Pursuing/Completed) in Human Resource Management is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and strong Digital Literacy.
