To take our company to the next level, we are currently looking for an Senior Backend Engineer to join the Tech team: this position offers an opportunity to drive innovation in the mental health market. 💻 AS A SENIOR BACKEND ENGINEER YOU WILL: Guide the design and development of complex software, ensuring that it is scalable, efficient and of high quality. Be part of a highly collaborative cross-functional team, working closely with partners - such as product managers and data scientists - to solve technical business problems in a pragmatic way. Lead within the team, proactively proposing new ideas and opinions, challenging existing ideas and suggesting new alternatives. Be an expert in identifying and addressing potential trade-offs in technical architectures and code, before, during and after development. Lead discussions on software specifications, offering a strategic perspective on technology direction. Support and mentor junior and mid-level team members. Improve the observability of the system as a whole, including the design and implementation of new metrics, logs, traces, or other data.
