Industrial AI Consultant

We are looking for a fresher Industrial AI Consultant to help organizations integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) into industrial and manufacturing processes. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about AI-driven automation, predictive maintenance, and smart manufacturing solutions. Responsibilities: Assist in analyzing industrial processes and identifying AI-driven optimization opportunities. Develop and implement machine learning models for predictive maintenance, quality control, and process automation. Work with Industrial IoT (IIoT) devices and sensor data to build AI-powered analytics solutions. Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI models with SCADA, MES, and ERP systems. Apply computer vision, deep learning, and anomaly detection in manufacturing environments. Ensure AI solutions align with industrial safety and compliance standards. Monitor AI model performance, retrain algorithms, and improve accuracy over time. Stay updated with Industry 4.0 trends, AI applications in manufacturing, and smart factory technologies. Required Skills: Basic understanding of AI, ML, and data science applications in industrial settings. Knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn for AI development. Familiarity with industrial automation, IIoT platforms, and edge computing. Understanding of predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and AI-driven process optimization. Exposure to SQL, NoSQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for industrial AI deployment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience with time-series data analysis for industrial applications. Exposure to digital twins, real-time AI inference, and autonomous decision-making systems. Knowledge of robotic process automation (RPA) and AI-driven supply chain management. Familiarity with industrial AI tools (ThingWorx, Azure IoT, Siemens MindSphere, IBM Watson IoT).
