Cloud Support Associate

Unnanu Enterprise AI Search is seeking a talented and motivated Cloud Support Associate to join our growing team. Responsibilities: Provide technical support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our cloud-based AI search platform. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical team. Document customer interactions and resolutions. Stay up-to-date on the latest cloud technologies and best practices. Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and other support materials. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. Requirements: Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies. Experience providing technical support in a customer-facing role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (preferred).
