AI Operations (AIOps) Engineer

We are seeking a motivated AIOps Engineer to join our IT operations and AI team. As a fresher, you will help build and maintain intelligent automation systems that enhance IT service management by applying AI and machine learning to monitor, analyze, and automate IT operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing AI-driven tools to monitor and analyze IT infrastructure and application performance. Support automation of incident detection, root cause analysis, and resolution workflows. Work with data scientists and engineers to improve predictive analytics models for IT operations. Help maintain dashboards and alerts using monitoring tools. Participate in troubleshooting and optimizing AIOps platforms. Document processes and support knowledge sharing. Required Skills: Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in IT operations. Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Splunk, Prometheus, ELK Stack, or Nagios. Understanding of IT infrastructure and networking basics. Programming skills in Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages. Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Nice to Have: Internship or project experience in AI, machine learning, or IT automation. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes). Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira. Eligibility: B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, IT, or related fields. 2023/2024 graduates passionate about AI and IT operations automation.
