Director of Digital Transformation

Unlock Health Digital Transformation is building a best-in-class team to help healthcare organizations realize the full value of their digital investments. As the first hire in this newly established unit, the Director of Digital Transformation will play a foundational role in shaping our future, serving as a senior consultant, strategist, and execution partner to both internal teams and clients. Responsibilities include leading digital transformation engagements, serving as strategic advisor to CMOs, CSOs and marketing leaders within complex health systems to develop and deliver enterprise digital roadmaps, maturity models, and transformation plans; creating and operationalizing playbooks for transformation; facilitating stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions; building Unlock Health Digital Transformation intellectual property; collaborating with Analytics, Media, MarTech, and Creative teams; segmenting clients to develop, pilot and scale new digital transformation capabilities; supporting business development efforts; mentoring junior team members; evangelizing a repeatable model for transformation blending brand and performance marketing, data, and tech; and contributing to internal knowledge sharing and upskilling. Ideal qualifications include 7+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, digital strategy, or transformation consulting, a blend of client-side and vendor-side experience, deep understanding of healthcare consumerism, MarTech ecosystems, CRM platforms, and data strategy, proven success designing and leading complex transformation engagements, experience interfacing with senior executive stakeholders, familiarity with enterprise CRM systems including Epic and Salesforce, and comfort with ambiguity and building new practices from the ground up.
